Hindprakash along with its importing activities is also a leading manufatcurer of dyes, textile auxiliaries and related chemicals. Over a period, hindprakash has achieved a steady growth in productivity and has expanded its range of products from dyes to auxiliaries to speciality chemicals. Hindprakash has integrated all its manufacturing activities to achieve operational efficiency and has achieved a good position in chemical market for the same. Hindprakash also boasts to have a separate laboratory in its manufacturing unit, to check the quality throughly before dispatching any material to its clients. As the market is growing, we have also doubled our storing capacity of raw materials as well as finished goods in last few years.
QUALITY CONTROL
Hindprakash have one entirely separate building which houses quality control laboratories for dyestuffs, Intermediates and auxiliaries and technical services. The consistency in quality for all our supplies is our main goal. We follow all laid down test procedures, testing methods and agreed standards acceptable internationally and agreed with our customers. The laboratories are equipped with modern testing instruments such as spectrophotometers, HPLC, dyeing and printing equipments, fastness test equipments etc.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Hindprakash have in-house R & D facility which provides the flexibility of development of new products, improve existing processes and product equality which leads to cost reduction, better quality for customers and less environmental load. Due to this facility, we are enable to meet with our customer requirements for quality and competitiveness and offer new products with time. We are enable to take customized product under secrecy agreement for development and production.
WAREHOUSE
Hindprakash has two modern Warehouses with a total area of 1,00,000 sq.ft. These warehouses are equipped with conveyor lifts, fork lifts, etc. so as to smoothly and properly movement of the goods as well as stuffing and destuffing of the containers directly in and from our owned warehouses. These warehouses are situated in the industrial zone itself and have the benefit of round the clock transportation facilities. The warehouse helps the group to store the goods purchased as generally the group is involved in bulk buying. These goods stored are used for self consumption as well as used in our trading activities. Therefore these warehouses can also be called as the backbone of our trading businesses.
LOGISTICS
Hindprakash caters to various types of logistic services required for their own manufacturing units as well as for their buying and selling house, disbribution and trading activities. These services include - tracking of containers, timely shipments, facilitating clearing house agents for customers, arrangements of transportation at different points, required warehousing facilities, etc. Even, the group has made the required investments at various levels to facilitate the logistic services, which is the key and a value addition to the products.
MANUFACTURING
Hindprakash has three different units located at Vatva, i.e. in the heart of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation an Industrial Estate for manufacturing, blending and formulation of textile dyes, textile auxiliaries & Intermediates. The Estate has one of the best common effluent treatment plant in India of which all the three units are members apart from having their own environmental treatment facilities. Since major manufacturing units of dyes and intermediates are located in the estate, it is feasible and easy to get in contract for toll manufacturing of required products or reactions or as an Auxiliary unit as and when required.
